By "ppt" do you mean presentation slides?

What sort of synchronization do you have in mind, something like the result of the combination MS PowerPoint and Adobe Presenter?

I mean powerpoint presentations synchronised with audio o video file.

I would like to have this functionnaly inside a e-alerning platform, with management of users, quizz.
