I'm currently storing our moodledata directory on our SAN for various reasons. While our SAN is pretty speedy, it's not as fast as local storage. I'm wondering if there's a way to change where the files that need quicker access times (sessions, cache and maybe temp I'm thinking). We've considered creating symbolic links in the moodledata folder, but I'm wondering if there's a simpler way. Any thoughts?
