I'm working on developing a missing assignments plugin for the gradebook report.
The problem that I am having is with the "Missing work report" link. It is not showing up for the students. It does for the teacher but not the students.
The settings page shows up in the Site Administration -> Grades -> Report Settings section but not the Site Administrator -> Users -> Permissions -> Define Roles section.
The code is based on the Gradebook tutorial and the standard User Report.
Thanks for taking a moment to look at the attached file and share any pointers on where to look and how to fix the problem.

Thanks for taking the time to try. When I went to look at the version number I realized that I had not gone to the admin section where it wanted me to upgrade the tables for the missing work report that fixed the problem.
Attached is a zip version. I know that I still need to get the formatting correct for the report but the basic concept seems to work.
