Thanks much. That did the trick.
The latest CVS sources have a bug in mod/resource/type/file/resource.class.php at line 698. Reverting to one from a couple days back fixed the problem. Probably should report this, but I'm out of time. If I can, I'll get to it this evening or tomorrow.
