I have added a teacher in "Assign Roles in Course" and in "Assign Roles in Activity Module" in the certificate.
When I print the certificate, "Admin User" is printing in the Teacher area.
What am I missing?
I am also having the same trouble. I would like to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Go to Administration/li> > Appearance > Course managers
- and make sure teacher is all you have selected there
Thanks for trying to resolve this for me! Sadly not the problem. I checked this again now to make sure I do have teacher as the only selection there.

By any chance did you edit the admin role or is the admin assigned in more than one role one the front page?
Wooo Hooo. I had assigned the roles on course, but not on the front page. When I checked Users > Permissions > Assign system roles, Admin was assigned as administrator, but I didn't have the teachers assigned there. After I did this it worked!
So the next question is do all the students have to be assigned here as well? The certificate prints the students name okay.
