Links and Tables missing submit/save buttons

Links and Tables missing submit/save buttons

This is interesting. I have recently installed WinXP SP2 in my machine and now my Moodle installations (running on remote servers) http://drama-education.com and http://sig7.org are behaving oddly in regards the HTML Editor

The pop-up windows for the Insert Web Link and Table do not display the OK or CANCEL buttons - now using this editor from MOODLE.ORG these buttons do appear...

My Moodle installations are 1.3.4.

I have WinXP Pro with Service Pack 2 installed

I am using IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158

Has anyone else encountered this?  I suppose updating my installations of Moodle will have some impact.

I'm having this same problem, running Moodle 1.3.3. Did you find a solution?

Hi Sigurdur,

Not as yet. I am not a developer - a Drama teacher with a bit of knowledge - I am guessing that upgrading will fix the issue - I am just a bit hesitant to upgrade as everything else on the site is functioning so well at the moment.

The dialog sizes are just too small, hence the buttons doesn't fit into the dialog (this is quite common when different themes are used in Windows XP). The sizes are defined in the dialog.js file that can be found at /moodle/lib/editor/

Thanks very much Janne - I owe you a beer!  I simply altered the dialog.js file to allow scrolling and my situation is back to normal!!

So simple when you know!

Cheers
