I have a topics-based course, fleshed out with resources althroughout the topics. I have been recently instructed to re-arrange some of the topics. Is there a way to change the order of topics? (switch topic 1 with topic 5, etc..) Because right now it is looking like I will need to cut and paste pages left and right to get it done.
thanks in advance
It will be a bit slow, but you can move the resources up and down individually.
Keep up the good work!
Any ideas on if/when this may be improved? Alternatively I am happy to have a look at this myself... anything I should know about that might not be obvious??
Please test it well for me.
(One funny side effect is that you can move a single activity a long way quickly by moving the section up next the destination, dumping the activity out and then moving the section back.)
Originally my dream for Moodle (three years ago) was that the course page was all drag and drop. Perhaps Moodle 3 will be all Flash based.
One possible change (not sure whether or not I like the current behaviour):
When you have it set to only show one section, and then you move that section, you get shown the section that takes its place. It might be nice to have the section shown change as well.
I was about to fix it then thought, hmm, no, maybe it's OK as it is.
My requirement is to be able to add a tag 'L' or highlight in different color those students who have submitted their assignments after the deadline time (allowing late submissions). How can this be done? Do any settings need to be changed in 'Assignment' activity module ?
I believe that when a course format puts resources and activities on the page it is the responsibility of the resource / activity to decide how they are presented, therefore I believe that you will get a better responce in the 'Attendance module' forum.
