Added "Forgot?" to Login Block

The login block is a great user-friendly addition to a Moodle homepage since many users are familiar with this type of GUI. 

To make it even more user-friendly, I have added the "Forgotten your username or password?" link to it below the "signup" link if anyone is interested.

This is also a standard block in Moodle 1.4.1 and above I believe.

Can this feature addition by Chardelle to Janne's "Login Block" be added to v1.5 Dev and the next stable release of v1.4.x?
