From looking at the logs, it seems that someone's automatic downloader has gone berserk and has been starting a fresh download of Moodle from this site every few seconds.

The server has been down a bit over the past few hours. As per time-honoured tradition this occurred right when I was demonstrating the site in front of 160 people.
