General help

Hello,
I'm trying to enrol about 5000 users with enrol_ldap_sync.php into a course and the script displays an empty enrollment. it works for about 1200 users. Any suggestions?

moodle 1.95+
mysql 5.045
php 5.2
Active Directory 2003
