Hi,

I'm aware there a couple of other threads on this but neither have a resolution. I am using 1.9 and would like to use the RSS feed from a blog. On my moodle, RSS from forums works successfully. Can anybody advise on the steps to take to ensure I should get this working.

you need to verify that RSS is enable across the site

Administration block -->Server --> RSS --> Enable RSS feeds (checked)

'This switch will enable RSS feeds from across the site. To actually see any change you will need to enable RSS feeds in the individual modules too - go to the Modules settings under Admin Configuration.'



also is highly recommended to read 'Using Moodle' book by Jason Cole and Helen Foster
RSS is at page 249 (2nd edition) smile
