Saeedeh, there are few ways of getting the sytems talk on the network but the best way is to start the installation afresh by so doing you will be able to change your web addr from the default 127.0.0.1 (localhost add) to te IP addr of the pc hosting your moodle server. The only challenge there is moving the contents in the old to the new.
The con to this solution is that u will not be able to view ur moodle page(s) when u re not cncted to the net (when the IP addr of ur PC is not up ; verify this by pinging it on the same PC)
All the best!

There are 2 ways to it both with their cons! The first is setting or defining the Listen command in httpd file from ....\server\apache\conf using word pad i.e. type
Listen 192.168.1.25:80. the cons are u will not be able to access the page again while others who call on the addr will be able to if they keep changing the localhost addr to your ip addr in the string of addr in their addr bar e.g http://127.0.0.1/admin/settings.php?section=ajax to http://192.168.1.25/admin/settings.php?section=ajax after every request.

The better way is doing the installation from the scratch!! This is done by specifying your IP addr as the web addr changing the default 127.0.0.1 in the 2nd or 3rd page . The cons are moving the contents of the previous moodle site to the new one and inability to access ur site wen ur Ip addr is nt up say nt cncted. In brief u must be able to ping ur IP addr to view ur site locally. A way around that i to install VMware so that it keeps ur virtual ethernet port up while u work off network
I hope this will help a lot,
Best of luck
