I setup moodle site authenticated by MS Active Directory in other server. First every thing ok AD user can log in successfully.But after last weekend AD user cann't login.Moodle show error "LDAP-module cannot connect to any servers: Server: 'xx.xx.xx.xx' Connection: 'Resource id #54' Bind result: ''. Please help me.

It means either that the bind user distinguished name or the bind user password are not right, or that the user doesn't have the permission to connect to the LDAP server.

So Iñaki. I am having the same error.
Now LDAP works from the Moodle site to my new Server 2008 R2 server when I use 'ldap://xx.xx.xx.xx'. When I change it to 'ldaps://xx.xx.xx.xx:3269', I get the following error:
LDAP-module cannot connect to any servers:
Server: 'ldaps://xx.xx.xx.xx:3269'
Connection: 'Resource id #55'
Bind result: ''
I am changing it to ldaps and port 3269 because those are the settings that are working with our current 2003 Server and I am trying to get it to work with a new 2008 Server. What else do I need to configure on the new 2008 server for ldaps to work?
