Thanks for the response. I believe that is the problem, however, it seems to be a little more complicated. All students are being added with the time zone as UTC-13. I checked quite a few accounts and they are all at that time zone. You can tell that the majority of students have not changed anything in theor profile. So, I doubt they all changed the time zone.
My Locations settings are set to "Server Local Time" for the default time zone and "Force Default Time Zone" to users can change their own. I can set that to my time zone, but is it going to mess anything up? Please let me know.
