I've sent in the first Japanese topic, but it's doesn't appear to have been encoded properly...or at least it's not showing up on my machine. I'm not sure if this is on my end or yours. We may need to add this line somewhere:
If it shows correctly, you can use the first paragraph for the forum description (more or less). The latter half just points to two sites on my campus, one in Japense and one in English. These are both listed on your main examples page.
