Yes - as Jeff mentions the comparison chart on that link does not give a fair comparison and is blatantly incorrect on a lot of points
My favorite 2 items on the list are "True Joomla coding" and "Backup" - can you actually believe that Blackboard and Moodle don't provide any way to backup their content?.

but what those links won't easily show is how easy it is to create content or how easy it will be for your students to get at the content. There are always areas where usability can be improve, but Moodle usually scores pretty well compared to other LMS.
