I agree with Ryan. Sounds cool, not sure how you'd address it. Can you clarify this for me?
As I understand it, students complete a series of tasks. The answers from these tasks get fed into a final task - much like constructing the parts of a jigsaw to get a complete picture?
Two ideas from there (apart from agreeing I too have never seen a Moodle unit that can do this). Workshops allow multiple pieces of work and that might be worth investigation. Many users have found databases are useful (put presumably you'd need to have data in a useful format so essay-style responses wouldn't work).
