I know Chat module support typing HTML code in chatroom. But I want put a HTML editor into it, how I can?

I replaced two files index.php and chatinput.php but have no changes Hỗn hợp. (I'm using Moodle 1.9.5 in localhost).
Thank you for your help but it's not work.
