Whilst doing an upgrade (to 1.9.5+ 20090729) I lost the hyperlinks to my book resources in course areas. I had a backup of the database so still have all of the book data. Would anyone know of a way to re-instate these books? I have tried creating manual links to the books and their ID numbers but had no luck!
