I know that Tim Williams started something on WebCT --> Moodle (discussed here), but I couldn't connect to his site anymore, and he hasn't been active here lately.
Does anybody have the tool he mentioned? I'd like to take a look.
I couldn't open WebCT course backups with WinZip, is it in some proprietary zip-format, maybe?
