Hi , sorry but i justo dont understand a thing? Flat file is just a enrol plugin , so , the user and couser mus exist before ? If yes , Is there a way to create my courses automaticaly?
I want to create scripts to take info from external databases and create flat and text files with this information (Without external autentication or enrolment database plugin) , but I want create a course if he not exist in moodle ; Flat Files and uploadusers looks like useful , but i still confuse;
