Resubmission changes can't be seen without changing the file name

I often find that when a student resubmits work, the new changes cannot be seen by me; I just see the original version. I have supervised studets resubmitting, and they are doing it correctly.

The only way round this, when it happens, is for the student to change the filename and resubmit that.

Probably the old one is still in the cache of your browser or still lives on the proxy server.
Refreshing might do the trick
