You seem to have knowledge of both Blackboard and Moodle programs. If you have a moment, I'm hoping that you will lend a hand by providing me with a focus issue.

I'm involved in a needs assessment to determine what interventions (probably user interface training) Bb instructors will need to work in Moodle as their new CMS. My first plan is to interview or conduct a focus group with 5 instructors who have some proficiency in Moodle. They are quite busy, but they are volunteers. As such, again, if you have a moment, could you help focus my questions. I mean what aspects of Moodle do you think I will need to ask these 5 instructors so that 900 or so other Bb instructors can make the transition to Moodle?

P.S. It's my understanding that a program to translate their Bb courses from Bb to Moodle is in the making. So how to use Moodle, I suspect, will be the chief concern. I need to develop an instrument to ask these 5 current Moodle instructors....
