Face-to-face (plugin)

Hi,

im running moodle 1.9 version and i downloaded facetoface for 1.9 and put it into /mod folder. Once i run notification, im getting following error on top of the screen. I checked the permissions and it seems ok. What could happened..?
error:
Module facetoface: C:\moodle/mod/facetoface/version.php was not readable
