Quiz

Hi all, I'm running a quiz at a conference - initiating some surgeons into Moodle. I just realised the open and close times of the quiz would be an hour different cos we are now in Oslo. I changed the default location setting to UTC +1, but still the quiz is presuming that the start time indicated on the quiz settings remains UTC.

I could fix it by setting the start time deliberately one hour early (ie, on the quiz start time say 11 pm instead of midnight); and thus get the quiz to open at midnight in Oslo - but then on the quiz page the message says 11 pm and this will confuse the users. Equally, by fixing it thus, the quiz will close an hour before it says it will on the page.

Any ideas?
