I (ve upgraded) using Moodle 1.9.5+.
Before when I make a post in a news forum in a course, all participants in that course get email. Now only students get email when I do a post in a news forum in a course.
I wish, everybody of that course get a copy off the post!
My cron is working fine, i'll see that students get email, but theachers not.
