Hi,
In my moodle the courses created is given guest allowed and there is quiz in the course but unauthenticated user(guest) is unable to attempt the quiz.
I also override the permission of course as well as quiz for guest role "Attempt quiz" to allowed. I am using latest version 1.9.5.
