I want to create a forum platform n which the users can see the subject but cannot  see the others' writings until s/he write an anwer.

I mean, after writing an answer, the answer of the other participants can be seen.

Is there a way to do this? Could you please help me?

Yes - this is possible. it's called the Q & A forum. add a forum activity to your course, choose the forum type: Q & A forum. see attached

The Q & A forum requires students to post their perspectives before viewing other students' postings. After the initial posting, students can view and respond to others' postings. This feature allows equal initial posting opportunity among all students, thus encouraging original and independent thinking.
