From "view source" view, it stated the file is /forum/index.php and the HTML code shown it is possible to alter the label "News Forum" to other name with editor
but I tried to search any related HTML code, .php files, but I just can't find the its HTML files(for editing), even to the lang/en_utf8/ labels.
Anyone know where is the HTML file is located?

Hi Rey. It's not that complex - just go to site admin on the front page>language>language editing and then edit words and phrases and then choose forum.php. Change it there.
