Are you trying to achieve something like this?
I did it by using "Insert Web link" with "Add a label".
- Select a word (In my case, i used "Download")
- Click on "Insert Web Link"
- Click on "browse" button
- Click on the file that I want to link to in the Files Directory. (If your file is not yet uploaded to the Directory, you can upload it by clicking on "Browse" and search for the file in your local disk, then click on "Upload" button)
- Click on "Ok" to save.
