since i had a great reply to my first question id like to ask one more..
I figured out how to create and change the certificates and somehow dont know how can i assign certificate to a course.. i know that certificate can be set for percentage, letters, etc.. just like course.. but can i assign certificate to a course..? or its a general certificate for all courses with the same grade type..?

I think the primary reason you're not getting much help with your issue is because you've posted it in the Themes forum and the audience here is pretty specific to Moodle theme design. Certificates are created as activity within a course. Read the documentation for Certificates.
There is a related problem, issuing a certificate after completing a group of courses, but that probably won't be resolved until Moodle provides course prerequisites.
