Wellll.. I wanna to install moodle(v1.8.xx) with oracle 10G, the installation guide checked out that my database chareacter set was not "UTF-8"(YA.of course, we use
Chinese,it was GBK or GB2312), then I followed the guide alter my database's chareacter to utf-8...and use "English_en_us" to install the moodle...
Not bad yet, it worked.... did some common config.. the moodle is running..
But I found that if I input Chinese into any form of textfield of the moodle, then save...the problem is comming....my Chinese letters will be show likes "???????"....
God...We are Chinese, so we have to use lots of Chinese charecters....
