Hi!
What is the likelihood that Moodle will at some point in the future allow a teacher to enter a grade above the maximum and count the extra points as extra credit toward that category? This is a fairly standard feature on commercial gradebooks, and often requested by our teachers.

According to the docs: in Moodle 1.9.5 onwards, teachers can enter grades over 100% directly in the gradebook if the unlimitedgrades setting is enabled. Is that any help?
