I work in a Department that's part of a School of 3 Departments. My Department has an independent moodle of its own but we are now being asked to join a School moodle that has just been set up. Problem is, we don't want to lose our 'Administrator' function but at the same time don't want to be overall Administrator for the School site. Is there any way of creating sub-adminstrative areas on the same moodle, retaining all the functions of an Administrator, but only for the area over which you wish to have them? If not, is anything like this under development for future upgrades? (We've tried out being a 'Course Creator', and that's not adequate for our purposes.)
