mod/questionnaire/db /postgres7.php was not readable

Am trying to add this module - see the mysql.ini & mysql.php files but not for PostgreSQL.

Is this a mysql only module? Did I miss something in a "readme" somewhere?

As far as I know it has not been ported to PostgreSQl yet.
