Just need to tell you about Noteflight
If you teach music and use Moodle then here is an online score editor with the potential to be fully integrated (so I am told) into Moodle via assignments and gradebook etc. This does cost (of course) but you can have a free account - yes totally free - that allows you create scores and directly embed in Moodle by pasting the HTML embed code:

OK this isn't working: Why won't me embed code save here on the forum? It works whilst editing, but after a save, the embed code is deleted??
