Some error will be happening. Please turn on Debugging, and see if that gets you an error message.
Moodle 2.0 has just had some big changes that broke a bunch of stuff. These things are easy to fix once we find them, but we have not found and fixed them all yet. So please to keep testing Moodle 2.0, and do report problems you find, but this is a development version so expect a rough ride, particularly at the moment. hopefully things will stabilise a bit more soon.
