external bd GROUP enrolment ! is it possible?

Hi there!

Someone know how can i get my users become a students from a external db.

I need to sync the db, and get the students directly in a group. I know to get them in a course, but I can't get them in a group. I use moodle 1.9.2.

Could someone help me?

As far as I know, that feature is not supported in the external db enrolment plugin and is not planned to be added in the near feature (unless someone else does it wink)

I asked the same question a while back. I use 195 and the script attached to the reply worked fine for me. I have hacked the code into the current version of enrol.php but am yet to test it, ill post it here once I have made sure I have not made any mistakes (im still learning php).
