As with most rapid learning development IDEs, the simplest solution is to publish it as a SCORM package. Captivate "out of the box" doesn't do anything that SCORM can't handle, i.e. presentations, simulations and QTI quizzes, and it'll save you a lot of time to take the path of least resistance. It's only if you want something more out of the ordinary that SCORM can't handle that you'd need to custom code, i.e. social networking apps, consuming web services, external media libraries, etc.
