maybe I'm crazy but I have an idea and I would like know if you think that is possible and good.

I need build a comunity for a no profit orgnization that has 3 levels (national - regional (20 groups) and local (no defined number of groups)
More there are thematic groups and support groups
Each group need blog, forum, events and calendar, repository for documents, chat
possibility to dialogue betweeb members
Scheduling jobs to do
It's important that administrators can force the inscription to a group (about the choose that a member take in registration form)
Of course Will be optimum if is possible inscribe automaticaly to a group by the same choose
Will be fine if a member that is in a local group is automaticaly inscribed to him regional and to national group (metagroups?')
Form of registration need more fields as city, region, themes ecc.
Is VERY important that admin can import userse from a file and manage easily users
Of course every group need a newsletter.
Too much??
Do you have some idea about using Moodle?
or is better some other CMS?
