Offcial embedded video dimensions

This may have been brought up, but what is the default embedded video dimensions for a FLASH or SWF or MOV file, on a Moodle resource page.

I noticed that whenever I add a file, the grayed out default sizes are 620x450.

I am trying to create some screen recordings, and wanted to make sure that I chose the correct dimensions to create the files with. I created some SWF files before, and created them larger than the 620x450, and the videos got cropped. Quicktime movies that were larger than this were scaled down. I noticed a quicktime video I had was played at 600x480.

I was thinking about doing the videos at 600x432 for FLV files, because, with the player controls, it would wind up being 600x450.

Does anyone know exactly?

Hi Ian
you could try Mary's suggestion here regarding the addition of dimensions within the html code. In your case try, blah.swf?d=600x432.
I hope this helps
