It is difficult to tell which part of the process you are in from your post. With more info, we may be able to help you better.
Here are somethings to think about in the mean time?
- Assuming the All folder was created within the moodle course... can you see the folder when you go through your Adminstrator Block to the files link?
- Is the image already uploaded there or are still trying to upload?
- Where are you looking for the folder... before or after you hit the browse button?
