Courses and course formats

Hi
I've installed flexpage today from a fresh download yesterday onto a Moodle 1.9.5
Most of it seems fine. However I have two footers appearing. By that I mean at the bottom of the centre column I have the link to Moodle docs page with the yellow i icon with underneath that 'you are logged in as'. Then I have the button to the home page of this particular course.
Then under that I have the previous and next links.
Then under that I have the link to the Moodledocs page etc. and then right at the very bottom I have the button linking to the home page of Moodle.

I appear to have the footer twice and one of them is a bit high up.
I've tried changing the theme, it is the same on all of them.

Any ideas why I have two footers and how I can get rid of one of them?
