Hi,

I am seeing some odd behavior when using the duplicate role feature in the admin interface. Can anyone reproduce the following error?

1. Duplicate an original moodle role (such as Student or Teacher).
2. Duplicate the result of the first duplication (probably named something like "student copy 1" or "teacher copy 1".
3. Check the php error log (be sure that debugging mode is turned on). The following errors appear in my error log (but not in the web browser):

"Duplicate entry '31-1-moodle/legacy:student' for key 2<br /><br />INSERT INTO mdl_role_capabilities....."

Is this normal behavior or a bug in moodle? Thanks!

Note: I am using moodle version 1.9.4+ (Build: 20090415)
