make certain files visible for one editing teaching role only

Hello,

We have two kinds of editing teaching roles: one 'owner' of a course and another 'contributor' of a course. We would like to offer the 'owner' editing teacher access to documents that we wouldn't like the 'contributor' teacher to see (i.e. evaluation reports of the course).

Can this be done without a too complex construction as our teachers are all fairly new to Moodle?

Hi Julian,

Have a look at Groupings... these are enabled in the experimental section of site admin.
