I am running 1.8.2, hoping to update one day soon. However, I really need to be able to create a global role that will allow users to only browse the courses, no editing rights at all. The role only should allow the user to gain access to all non-hidden courses to look at assignments and materials. Can anyone help with this? I would greatly appreciate any guidance!!
