I'd like to create a SCORM packet for a particular exercise.
I have to create it using HTML, PHP, Javascript ... (I'm a programmer).
Where can I find simple example to get started!

there are a range of SCORM authoring tools listed here:

and a range of SCORM objects that you can play with/modify here:
http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=50
also - a SCORM object cannot contain any PHP - it's not designed to.
