Hi:
I have created two chat rooms in the main page, in the central space right under the site description. so it is outside any Course.
I have configured those chats as "separate groups", becuase I need only some users to be able to participate in each one.
But I cannot find how to create groups and assign users to them in this way (outside of a course).
Any hint will be much appreciated. Thanks
