Jump to menu dissapears when showing course blocks

Hi all,

I am trying to make a course look consistant with the use of standard course blocks on all pages. I have done this on resources (web pages etc) by ticking the "show course blocks" option.

I soon noticed that this made the "jump to" drop down navigation menu dissapear. It would reappear on removal of the show course blocks tick. ????

Please advise as to how to add navigation to resources whilst maintaing the course blocks.

PS. Using 1.9.4+
