So...did the dotLRN-Moodle "coalition" go anywhere?

I'm curious as to what if anything happened in moodle-dotLRN "coalition" world as per:

The dotLRN community sure seemed to talk up Moodle quite well. Did any realy work/conversation happen between the dotLRN and Moodle developers?

I also have to note (a little on- and a little off-topic...juding by the comparison between moodle and dotLRN) I was happy to see one of my favorite books referenced in the above discussion: Alan Cooper's "The Inmates are Running the Asylum":
